Human Experience is an interaction that resonates immediately, opening moments of being present - unfolding as an emotionally engaging dialogue with the world around us through mutual response - inviting moments of emotional awareness that continue to linger, giving experience meaning and transforming how we think and feel.
This vision of human experience is much closer aligned with expanding possibilities of how people and ML/AI can co-participate in experience than currently prevalent CX approach, rooted in productivity and narrow framework of life in a permanent task mode.
